100 Languages Poetry Festival:Poetry for Peace and Love

In various parts of the world, peace initiatives are often overshadowed by the fast-paced digital culture. Despite advances in technology, the values of art and literature are diminishing. We long for peace but lack the platforms to share its stories effectively.

To address this, New Bodoland has organized a festival with the motto ‘Exploring Boundless Horizons: The Native Narrates’ in Kokrajhar, Assam, India. The Bodoland Territorial Region, known for its diverse languages, culture, and natural beauty, is hosting this event to promote peace and creativity.

Bodoland has a rich history of peace-loving figures like Gurudev Kali Charan Brahma and Padmashri Madaram Brahma, whose contributions inspire the region. Today, intellectuals continue to spread messages of peace and love.

The third edition of the Kokrajhar Literary Festival will take place on January 27-29, 2024, at the Gaurang River valley in Kokrajhar, Bodoland. The Reception Committee is working hard to ensure the event’s success and invites everyone to participate.

Through this festival, we aim to create a vibrant platform that connects people from different walks of life, fosters meaningful dialogue, and celebrates the rich tapestry of literary and cultural heritage.
